Our Chardonnay is hand-picked then whole bunch pressed and fermented in 5001 French Oak (30% new). Matured on lees in controlled temperatures for ten months which gives the wine a balance of fresh peach, florals and toasty lees influence. The palate shows a richness, complexity and length of flavour for which Beechworth Chardonnay is renowned for. Suitable for Vegans and no animal products are used in our wines
This Beechworth Chardonnay has undergone traditional barrel fermentation, matured on lees for ten months. The wine is aromatically complex with notes of oatmeal, nectarine and white peach. The palate is intensely citrus with a fine textured structure that provides a great length. Enjoy now or cellar up to 7 years.
This Pinot Grigio displays an appealing mix of fresh aromas including pear and citrus characters. The palate is refreshing and lively and complemented by a flinty acidity and texture. Enjoy now or cellar up to 6 years.
This Pinot Gris exhibits aromas of ripe pears and dried apples overlaid by dried honey. Rich in texture the palate gives generous flavours. Finishes dry and spicy with well-balanced lively acidity.

This Rosé is a fragrant and refreshing wine. The varieties are a blend of Nebbiolo, Shiraz, Grigio, Barbera, Sangiovese, Graciano and Tempranillo. Dry & Floral on the palate combined with rose hips and raspberry characteristics.
