This Merlot is a rich plum red colour featuring aromatic scents of blueberry, vanilla and savoury spice. The wine possesses a fleshy texture with balanced fine tannins. Enjoy now or cellar up to six years.
The characteristic notes of vibrant black cherry and red plum fruit with fine silky tannins come to the fore. The long finish shows the cherry fruit and subtle florals. Matured for eighteen months in large oak to highlight the fruit, the wine can be enjoyed now but has structure to age for several years.
Each parcel of fruit is hand-picked and fermented separately. The fermentation and maturation is in a variety of aged French Oak Barrels including 20%of new French Oak Puncheons which are used to enhance the wine.
Tempranillo and Graciano varieties are both grown on our vineyard create a classic blend. The rich, soft raspberry and cherry fruit of the Tempranillo is complemented by the high toned spicy aromatic and structure of the Graciano. Aged in matured oak our blend captures the palate with a lingering finish. Cellar for up to 6 years.
This Shiraz shows traditional varietal characters for a modern Beechworth style. With a rich core of blackberries and blueberries and a hint of pepper and spice it is complemented by fine tannins and a balanced structure.
Barbera grown on our vineyard shows the vibrant and expressive fruit typical of the variety with the richness and structure of the region. Matured in seasoned French oak to focus on the fruit and the long soft finish.
A savoury taste of ripe plums and violets with aromas of rose petals, mint and herbs combined with the fine textured tannins. Enjoy now or cellar up to 5 years.
This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot shows typical blackcurrant, plum and varietal characters with medium to full-bodied structure. It was produced using traditional winemaking techniques including the use of new old French Oak Barriques. Enjoy now or cellar for up to seven years.
